the reception works 24/7 and this is so useful. i found them very helpful every time i needed something. many outdoor restaurants are just down the street, i thought it was really fun. the staff gave me directions to museums and recommended some bars.
there was a bar on the corner and it was a bit noisy early in the morning. i think more insulated windows would help.

plenty of restaurants are nearby, perfect for exploring many culinary options. i saw several places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so it was very easy to find choices. there were options for all tastes.

The hotel was near the city center. This location proved very convenient. the staff offered helpful guidance which saved time. the room offered neat, clean amenities. a fridge and kettle were very handy additions.
the walls seemed a bit thin, so i could occasionally hear noise from adjacent rooms though it wasn't too bad

I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. Miguel was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were replaced without request. I also received a thoughtful, handwritten thank you letter.
The street could be a little noisy at times due to a nearby bar.
